Please allow 48 hours for all orders. Should you require a last minute order please contact me directly via email or phone so we can arrange something with the flowers available.

Delivery Policy

Currently all deliveries in the Ottawa area are free of charge! Rural orders will be subject to a small fee depending on the distance. You will be advised of any charges prior to filling the order.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
